This is what we keep when you apply for a session, and why.

• Who: Shinya (Hibikitalk), Osaka, Japan. Contact: info@hibikitalk.com
• What: Your nickname, name, email, level, whether English is your first language, explanation language, the times you picked, your time zone (read from your browser), the link you came from, how you heard about us (if you tell us), and your message.
• Why: Only to arrange sessions with you and prepare them (scene and level), and to see how people find us. Your partner sees only your nickname. We never show them your name or email. No ads, no newsletters, not shared or sold.
• Visits: We count visits to our home page and the apply page with Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page, the site you came from, your country and city, and your device and browser. It uses no cookies and can't tell who you are.
• Where: Stored with our service providers (Supabase, Vercel), which may be outside your country.
• How long: Deleted within 6 months after your last session, or sooner if you ask.
• Your rights: Email info@hibikitalk.com to see, correct or delete your details.

Video calls are recorded only if you agree.
